Platform

Diversity and inclusion are more than just tokenistic buzzwords to us. Breaking into the ad industry in a somewhat unconventional way, combined with Bella’s background, diversity is at the heart of how we think and what we do.

For that reason, we teamed up with our friend and writer extraordinaire Rachel Stafford, to create a workplace diversity scheme - Platform, aimed at giving young people a step up into the ad industry.

We created a run of bold typographic posters to put up in local schools and colleges primarily in South East London. Each poster conveyed a simple message - you don’t need connections or privilege to make it in advertising.

Along with the prints, we created a two-week department rotation plan for each attendee, as well as an application that looked to assess their creative thinking and get to know them as individuals, instead of their connections and grades.
